Rogue Ballistic Block Review by Brad M.
We love the Rogue ballistic block at our CrossFit gym. We use it as a small box jump and also to step up for pull ups or muscle ups. The block is durable and is a good value as it gets used every day. We have even had athletes use them to throw in the back field.
Rogue Block Review by Jimmy
We have tried hard to destroy the block but pretty hard. We hit it with a sledge hammer for a quick cardio workout.

Questions from our readers and athletes at the gym:
Question: “What are some uses for the Block?” We use it to step up and do pull ups. It also gets good use for box squats. We have even used it as a bench press as there is plenty of clearance for your elbows. It is a great addition to any home garage gym.
