LifeCore assault air bike reviews
Tired of the gym scene, I decided to build a gym in my garage, did rings, pull up bar hanging from the ceiling, adjustable bench, powerblock dumbbells and kettlebell, all i needed was a cardio machine.

This did the job, 20 minutes to put together, very impressed with overkill steel frame. Men’s Health recommended one of these for interval training, the guys who trained the 300, in both movies, have a special workout called 300fy, 300 hundred calories in 10 minutes, i tried it, had to stop before I threw up, I couldn’t believe this machine did this me considering I run and lift weights. This machine will surprise you. Its worth the price! The seller was awesome too, fast shipping, excellent customer service, very satisfied with purchase!

This air bike is like no other. I work at a local, let’s say cross training facility and we just got our order in. It’s beefed up compared to other air bikes on the market and you can tell that this one was designed to be used in a commercial setting. The Lifecore Fitness Assault Air Bike Trainer is the best on the market. The old bikes just could not handle the stress of being in a gym. Overall very happy with them and will report back in a few months to testify as to their longevity.

LifeCORE discarded many of the old stationary bike manufacturing methods and went back to the drawing board. The athletes and engineers focused all of their efforts on a powerful new 21st century bike. One that could handle daily abuse at the best CrossFit and MMA gyms in the world. Each stationary bike is built with a thick-gauge chro-moly steel frame to withstand years of abuse.

Inside of that are sealed cartridge bearings in EVERY single pivot—from the flywheels and pedals to the linkage arms and bottom bracket. There are over 20 bearings in all of this product. This is unmatched by most fitness bikes in the industry. The goal of this newly designed back is not to just be reliable. It is to have zero wobble and zero maintenance required over thousands of hours of use.
