SOLID! This is the corner stone of my new home gym. Squats, Pull ups, Ring Dips, Dips, Plate storage and of course, a base to attach bands for stretching or anything else I need to do. I even got a pull up bar for my little ones, and they have more fun with that than any toy in the house. With the weight on the sides this thing does not budge during the kipping pull ups.

As a longtime Crossfitter I have begun building my garage gym. I elected to purchase the Pendlay squat rack from MuscleDriver. It was a bit cheaper, and was 95″ high which was what I needed. It sits unbalanced and the weight racks (another $80) cant be attached at all when you bench. Bottom line is I should have bought the Rogue Rack. Everything else in my gym is Rogue and I have never been let down.

I’m putting this here because there is no review system on MD and I wish it would have been here for me. ROGUE FOR LIFE.

Awesome! The S3 squat stand is absolutely one of the best pieces of equipment I have had a chance to use. I have a dirty south attached, spotter arms, and plate storage making it a great garage gym piece. I have dropped over 250 lbs doing push jerks and over 400 lbs squating on the spotter arms and the entire stand was SOLID!

A must have for any gym. With the S3 you have a well thought out and extremely versatile piece of equipment at an absolute great price. Bench, squat, pull ups, dip (matador), and ring attachments you’re able to do it all.

The Rogue Fitness Squat stands are a must have equipment for any garage gym or CrossFit box that is getting up and running.

Finally a set of indy (independent standing) stands worthy of the Rogue Fitness name. The S-4 shares components from the S-Line of squat stands coupled with a heavy duty H-base with upright/socket design.

These stands have survived testing at an Oly club in Arizona prior to launch. They have seen 500LB squats and 300LB+ jerks with no issues.

The feedback we have received thus far:
“The Rogue Fitness S-4 Squat Stand indy stands are rock solid (unusual for indys). They are the most stable indy stands I’ve ever seen.” -August Schmidt

Questions from athletes in our gym and our readers online.

Question: What are the differences between the rogue s-1 versus s-4? The Rogue S-4 is more heavy duty. Check out the Rogue S-4 reviews here.

Question: Coach, what is westside hole spacing? That type of spacing is where you have 1 inch spacing in the bench and clean zone and 2 inch spacing every where else. Very effective. It is of course named after the Westside gym.
