So i saw these clips floating around the CrossFit gym and decided to give them a try. I powerlift and all the other clips ive tried slip whenever you start piling on the plates. NOT THESE i couldnt believe it i was working up to a nice single squating with 545 and i lost it half way up the bar went bouncing off the rack and crashing to the floor. to my surprise the clips didnt move. they really do JUST WORK! highly reccomend these to all gyms out there.
