Helmet Cam: The U.S. Navy SEAL BUD/S Obstacle Course Run

There’s no doubt about it—US Navy SEAL training is among the hardest (if not the hardest) training in the world. Their O-course (obstacle course) is designed to test both your physical skills, and your ability to execute the maneuvers within a set amount of time: Maximum time allowed is 12 minutes; the record is 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Check out this awesome video from two points of view as a BUD/S instructor runs the obstacle course.
