*hello darlings = lay on your back with legs at 6 inches high off the deck. Spread legs wide and then back together. That is one rep.
Advanced athletes can scale up and double reps and use a weight vest for exercises (not on the run).
**kick up/kick out is exactly like it sounds. Kick up with your foot then put back down – then kick out with your foot and then put down.

*Endurance component – run 5k or ruck 5k if needed.

Matthew Gene “Axe” Axelson (June 25, 1976 – June 28, 2005) was a United States Navy SEAL who was killed in the War in Afghanistan. He was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross for his actions during Operation Red Wings, in which he was killed.
