* advanced athletes can scale up by adding weight vest and increasing to 4 or 5 rounds. Beginner athletes can scale as needed.

Question: What is the support device that you see athletes use in CrossFit style workouts?

They are using an Abmat which helps to support your lower back when doing sit-ups. I have one in my home garage gym and use it often.
