10 burpees
climb rope 15 ft
10 pullups
climb monkey bars 20 ft
10 pushups
gym ring swing back and forth 10 times

Navy SEAL Water Obstacle Course Workout #2
20 box jumps
20 feet lateral rope traverse using only hands
20 situps
20 feet lateral rope traverse back
20 ring pull ups

Navy SEAL Water Obstacle Course Workout #3
“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
