“Your articles have been helping me when I’m wiped out after a long day and night at work (I’m a Lieutenant on a city fire department ) and I don’t feel like working out the next day, and my pre work 5 am workout. When my brain is telling me just lay in bed and rest I remember that I have to keep pushing to reach my goals. Nothing I am going through compares to the pain the men go through at bud/s.”
