Quit vs No Quit

What is the difference between someone who quits vs an athlete that does not?

It boils down to one very simple fact.

You have to have a strong WHY!

Not a whimpy kinda sorta why… But a Ginormous Killer Crush WHY!

In business, in life and long endurance races you have to find a way to not quit and keep going despite the odds.

A good tip is to develop a WHY that is bigger than yourself.

Have your ever asked yourself what your “why” is?

What gets you up in the morning? Keeps up you late at night?

When you find yourself in that spot when you don’t look at the clock waiting to get home.

Explore that question and go out and truly test yourself and you will be amazed at how different your life looks.
