    50 walking lunges
    50 ammo can press
    50 kettlebell swing (15 lb kettlebell)
    50 push-ups

    30 lb dumbell – 30 ammo can press
    then 1’04-1’20-1’14 hold with 1 min rest

    3 bar hangs 58s-37s-46s with 1 min rest

    100 situps
    then 3 rounds 4’41
    15 TTB
    15 flutter kicks
    15 crunches
