SGPT weekly challenge 6-12-16

buds pull ups 2 thumbnailThe week before last we had a record group of athletes jump on our weekly challenge.

It is easy – but will you do it?

It is all about getting off the couch and getting active and pushing yourself – and posting your results for accountability.

I will be doing the challenge also.

Each day this week we will have a contest.

Monday – 50 four count mountain climbers

Tuesday – 50 jumping air squats.

Wednesday – 50 pull ups (same as above and you can do jumping pull ups or Australian). Try to mix it up with 5 of mtn climber pull-ups, 5 narrow grip, 5 wide, 5 dead hang, etc.

Thursday – 50 toes to bar or good morning dollies (lay on back and lift feet up six inches – spread legs wide and then put feet together. That is one rep.

Friday – 50 pushups (mix it up with triceps and wide pushups for variety)

post you efforts each day in comments on each daily workout we post (yes; you can do that workout also).

(dont post on facebook – post in the comments below each SGPT daily workout).

Dont post your workout results here – read above again

If you post all workouts – we will put your name in a hat and draw the winning name.

We will post at 7 pm EST the winner on Facebook and Twitter.

Below are the Gatorz Sunglasses you can win

We will mail the glasses to your house

Pretty cool huh? They are valued at $180.00

Why are we doing this? Because we want you to get better as an athlete.

We want you to be accountable.

After the SGPT workout and extra work –

bowl of saladwe suggest you eat a good meal with lean protein.

Wash that down with some Athletic Greens – that is what I use daily to get extra greens in my diet.

Sit down and read 5 minutes from a good book and fill your mind with good images.

Got a Question? Post it up in comments in todays workout and I will answer

I will be online and working tonite till 12 AM (EST).

I love to answer questions and help athletes.
