The Quickest Way to Build Discipline in the Shortest Time

Just got this question in yesterday via email (I answer all of the emails you send to me).

“Coach, I got a little off track last month with the holidays. How can I build daily discipline so that I can reach my goals?”

Can you relate to that? Can I get a head nod?

I know that before I went to Navy SEAL training (BUDS) I had very little discipline.

But once there we did daily workouts and ate clean food and studied books daily.

I know that most of you are not going to BUDS so here is the quick download.

You can quickly build good discipline by doing simple daily workouts.

The SGPT Plank Challenge is a perfect example.

No matter how tired or how busy your work schedule is

You can take time to do 2 minutes of plank before you go to bed.

Do you agree with me on that? Can I get a Hooya?!

The other way to quickly build discipline is to read a good book for 5 minutes before you go to bed.

A good example of a great book we love is Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10.

By building this daily habit (reading) you will energize your brain in a positive way.

Instead of watching the nightly news which is filled with gloom and doom

pick up a good book and read at least 1 page.

See how easy that is?  What is holding you back?

Email me now and let me know what is holding you back from doing these 2 things.

I answer all emails and would love to hear from you and help you.

If you do the plank challenge and read nightly for 21 days you will be a better person

I challenge you right now to get started.
