Tips to Improve Standing Broad Jump

The standing broad jump is a great method to improve your high burst jumping ability.

This will help you increase your time and agility for the obstacle course for Special Forces and ones that you will find in the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder.

A great workout is the CrossFit workout “Mary”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
