Review: These rings are the real deal. Get nylon straps, steel cables, some shocks, and beam mounts and you’ve got yourself a professional grade gymnastics stills rings set up! These rings can hold up to 1000lbs!
In comparison to other sets of rings that you can buy for ~$100 bucks, these are are 2X as good and 1/2 the cost. Win in double quality and Win-Win in a fraction of the competitors price!
I bought two sets of these right away when I saw them. Great product, great value, great buy. Highly recommended. by Ping. ProSource Exercise Fitness Gymnastic Rings
I use them for Muscle Ups and ring dips and they are great. The wood has a good texture and easy to hold on to.
The clamps are heavy duty and I havent had any problems with slippage. Review by J. Memory Check out Pellor Olympic crossfit Gymnastic Rings

Black Mountain gym rings review by Sean: These rings are a great addition to my workout! They helped me develop more stability and strength. I have been nothing but pleased with the build quality of them.
They seem very durable and are easy to adjust to go from one exercise to another. When you are very sweaty the plastic is a little bit slippery, but that’s nothing a towel or some chalk couldn’t fix! Great for all ages and sizes to build upper body and core! by Sean. Check out Black Mountain Gymnastics Rings

The CFF Rings are not designed for competitive gymnastics, but are gymnastics rings that have been especially designed for fitness & strength training.
CFF Wood gym rings review by JHolder: The rings were delivered on time and as advertised. They are well made, sturdy and easy to assemble.
I’ve used the CFF Wood Olympic Ringsquite a bit and they work great! I’m a bigger guy (240 lbs.) and they hold me securely and allow me to do my workouts without fear of the buckles failing and straps slipping. Very good product!
The X Training gymnastics ringsworth every penny. I’m glad that I chose the wooden variety–they’re easy to grip and very solid.
They’re carved from plywood (as I imagine all are) and are smooth and comfortable in the hand.
I’d recommend these without reservation. Cost $59.95
EXF Elite rings review by Jeremy V: I recently moved and no longer have access to a CrossFit gym.
These are fantastic and are a great product.
I read all over the Internet and what I read said these are the best, and so far, I completely agree. The Elite EXF wood gym rings are very good rings.
Elite EXF Ring Review
These are a good set of gym rings and get a ton of use at the gym where I work.
The rings are plastic with a small rubber piece on the ring for hand placement.
The rubber piece gets roughed up if you have a ton of athletes using but not a problem if it is just you in your home gym.

Question: What about Fringesport OFW gym rings vs Rogue?
Answer: If you take a look at side by side comparisons you will see that most of the gear is priced more at Rogue. A good example is the $59 for the black plastic gym rings with no straps. Then look at the OFW Fringesport rings that are comparible and they are $45 with straps.
