Some people say you shouldn’t wear gloves when you CF, but not me! I’m a girlie girl and I want my hands protected. These grip the bar so well, there are treads in strategic places on the gloves that create a better grip. The RockTape G-LOVES are perfect for my workouts. My only complaint is they turned my hands black until I washed them the first time. I haven’t had any problems with them since.

I did my first crossfit work out with these today which was 12 days of christmas. Ironically I couldn’t have picked a better day to try them out since I had to endure a 90 minute work out that touched on all the major movements and the gloves I must say were great. I will say the measurement had me at a size medium but I opted for a size down and it was a good move. The RockTape G-LOVES fit good and didn’t have extra glove spaces on the fingers, almost curious if the extra small would fit. You want them to be tight so they don’t bunch up when you do movements like muscle ups. Speaking of muscles ups, I was impressed how well they performed and even though there was a tiny bit of bunching, partly because i had wrist wraps and didn’t have the velcro super tight, they made a huge different in my hand endurance. sticking them in chalk is a must. Only concerned is sweating in them during the summer…today was 50 degrees so we’ll see if they hands get too wet inside when it’s hot. Even if they end up as a cold weather glove, I give it a thumbs up. Hope that helps you because I was very indecisive…
