Ben Stoneberg comes from a globo-gym setting and after finding CrossFit he just fell in love with it and never looked back. Ben started competing last year with a 11th place finish at sectionals and a 19th finish in the Northwest region. Ben trained for the whole year and was able to finish 1st in the region in the open and a 3rd place finish at Regionals!
