From Dave: I AM DONE SQUATTING. 365 days are complete. Boy I need a rest. Thank you for all the support. We donated thousands of dollars to the American Melanoma foundation in Amanda’s name. I saw people all around the country with her tee shirt on. On to a new challenge. I hope more people can draw inspiration from her.
His athletic background was collegiate and Minor League baseball, where he pitched for several teams before an elbow injury ended his career early.
Dave’s real passion is bringing CrossFit to people and educating them on fitness. Of course he likes to lift heavy things but he says “I want to push myself to be a better person, coach, and athlete every day,”.
Dave started CrossFit in 2008 and founded his gym affiliate CrossFit Exodus shortly after. As a coach Lipson is helping people transform their lives with CrossFit.
His training routine is that he likes to lift heavy.
