With Progenex I can go into each workout just as hard as the one before. My muscles are recovering a lot more quickly than before I found Progenex. Since starting Progenex my weightlifting has improved dramatically. My split jerk went from 93 lbs to 150 lbs in just two months! I have improved my speed, agility, and overall strength which really helps on the football field. Progenex is definitely a product that I’ll continue to take!
A typical training week for me is CrossFit workouts Monday-Saturday and football training Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. I stick mostly to the paleo diet but occasionally switch to the zone diet.
