The Endurance to Find Your Why is an 8-week mission designed to help you rebuild discipline, improve your fitness, and reconnect with the deeper reason you train, lead, work, and live.
This is not just another fitness challenge.
This is a structured mission to help you develop:
consistency
mental toughness
resilience
accountability
clarity
leadership
purpose
Over the next 8 weeks you will train your body and sharpen your mindset through daily workouts, weekly missions, reading assignments, and team accountability.

You will learn how to keep moving forward when motivation disappears.
That is where real transformation happens.
The original 2024 version of this program focused on self-discovery and structured accountability. In 2025 we expanded on what we learned and keep pushing forward with a breakthrough.
The 2026 version expands the mission with endurance-based mindset training, recovery, durability, outdoor challenges, and long-haul performance principles. The ideas are becoming more consistent as we pull real world data from this type of training.

WHAT YOU GET
8 Weeks of Structured SGPT Training
Every morning at 0600 EST you will receive:
Functional fitness workouts
Running and ruck workouts
Sandbag training
Bodyweight endurance
Mobility and recovery work
Mental conditioning assignments

Weekly “Find Your Why” Missions
Each week includes:

REAL WORLD TRAINING
This is not random internet fitness.
We use real-world training principles developed from:
military preparation
long distance endurance events
functional fitness/Spartan races/GORUCK events
SEALFIT challenges/mountain climbs
The goal is simple:
Become harder to kill mentally and physically.

FINAL MISSION
This program will culminate with:
#1. Long endurance challenge
At the end of this course we will meet in Manitou Springs, Colorado as a group and test ourselves as a team. That is right – there is a real world test at SGPT Peak Week 2026. We hiked the Manitou Incline last year as a team and all made it to the top.

#2. Outdoor team mission
If you cant make it to Manitou Springs that is ok. Not everyone can. We have a backup plan. You will plan a ruck hike with 25 lbs of gear to the nearest mountain or high point near your town. Your assignment is to get off the grid for a moment. Build a fire if you can and pitch a tarp for a few hours or overnight. Make sure someone is with you and knows where you are going.
#3 Indoor solo event
If you are a busy professional and cant make it to Manitou – we have an option for you. Treadmill, air-bike, indoor rower, ski-erg, local pool. We can plug you into our group that is getting the job done locally and keeping a lid on things. You pledge to do miles and we help keep you accountable. Let me know if in.
The mission is designed to help athletes apply everything learned during the previous 8 weeks.
You will finish stronger physically.
More focused mentally.
And clearer on WHY you train and live the way you do.
