My Medic does it again with an awesome piece of kit. It’s easy to see that their kits are designed by LEO and spec ops personnel, as with this kit you get everythign from a rip away “boo boo kit” to a trauma kit and even sutures to close vicious lacerations.
We’ll go aspect by aspect to let you know why the MyFak should be in your truck or bug out bag.
We’ll start on the outside with the pouch. The pouch itself reminds me of the Condor Rip Away EMT pouch, but it’s much better in alot of ways. You have the velcro closure that allows you to rip off the entire pouch, as well as MOLLE webbing everywhere. In addition, you have snap straps to secure to your battle belt if you choose.
Then we get to the oh-so-important contents. I’d love to write you some mellfluous line of prose where I weave in each piece of kit, but frankly there is too much stuff in here to do that, so we need to list it. As you can see in the picture below – it wraps up elegantly into a 8x8x4 pouch, but you have a mini-trauma unit contained. As tested, we had the premium kit version – NOT the basic one.
With the premium, you get all your basic supplies like those found in a boo boo kit – band aids, vaseline, etc. But then you get the wide array of specialty supplies listed below in the premium kit – for less that $200. That’s a steal.

As you can see from the laundry list of medical supplies and the kit pictured above (Glock not included) you can rest assured if this is in your truck, knowing you can handle pretty much anything you encounter on the trail, street, or zombie apocalypse.
Pros, what we like: Everything. Literally everything. The pouch is well made, the contents are stellar, and I can’t think of one augmentation it needs, except for a couple extra TQs. For the money, this is probably the most comprehensive kit you will see.
Cons, what we don’t like: Nothing. It’s awesome. Personally, I’d add an extra TQ or two – like a SWAT-T and CAT just to have my bases covered, but I over-prepare.
