SGPT: Tell us about yourself? You live in Fairhope, Alabama.

SGPT: How did you get interested in joining the Navy SEALs? It is interesting that you joined so early at 17. Wow; tell us about that experience?

Your Grandfather was a UDT frogman in the 1950s? BUDS class 22? East coast?

KS:

SGPT: You served as a Navy SEAL BUD/S Instructor for many years. Talk about that role and what qualities you and other Instructors were looking for in candidates.

KS:

SGPT: Tell us about the evolution of Navy SEAL training and how performance is being the basis of over endurance. Talk about the Navy SEAL ethos and how it drives this “whole man concept”?

KS:

SGPT: Tell us about the Death Valley Badwater race. How did you get interested in that race and how did you train?

KS:

SGPT: Tell us about the race itself. What were the temperatures? You had stomach issues? You had Glenn and Tricia Bland in your support crew.

SGPT: Tell us about your ascent of Aconcagua 6,961 meters (22,838 feet) in South America? How did you train for that peak? Did you go with a team or guide? Planning?
