Navy SEALs Climb Using Stealth Magnetic Gear and Modified Jet Skis

U.S. Navy SEALs were observed off of the Greek island of Crete last October using new technology: a Magnetic Climbing System (MCS) along with a modified version of a Jet Ski. These Yamaha 2016 FX Cruisers SHO watercraft and are operated by the Navy Special Operations Command.

The one shown in the picture has a ski collar on it, which helps make it more stable, provides better shock absorption and extra flotation. Just one of these water crafts can carry 3 heavily weighed down Navy SEALs and all their gear.

The REBS Magnetic Climbing System (MCS) can be observed in the video below. It is fitted with magnetic hand grips and a pair of shoes. This makes it easy to climb up ship hulls or metal surfaces.

This magnetic gear the Navy SEALs are now using can come in very handy while boarding ships that are smuggling goods or intercepting enemy warships.

The US Navy SEALs, recognized for their elite status among special operations forces, are an integral part of the United States Navy. Standing for Sea, Air, and Land Teams, SEALs are highly trained and specialized operatives selected from the ranks of the Navy. Established in 1962, the SEALs are renowned for their rigorous training, unparalleled skills in combat, and versatility in executing missions across various environments, including sea, air, and land. Their primary responsibilities encompass a wide array of missions such as unconventional warfare, counter-terrorism, reconnaissance, hostage rescue, and direct action operations.

SEALs undergo arduous and demanding training programs designed to foster physical endurance, mental toughness, and proficiency in a wide range of combat techniques. The training includes the infamous BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) course, which serves as a rigorous selection process, followed by specialized training in combat diving, parachuting, marksmanship, and close-quarters combat. These highly skilled operatives are adept at operating covertly and effectively in challenging and hostile environments worldwide, contributing significantly to national security objectives and the protection of American interests on a global scale.
