It goes against our gut feeling.
We want to succeed – not fail.
But in order to move forward sometimes we have to be ok with failure.

Learning through our mistakes is often the best teacher.
A mistake is not a mistake if you learn from it.
Then it becomes a life lesson if you take that small knee bump and turn it into something good.
Relax. Don’t be afraid. Go with the flow.
A willow survives the storm by bending but not breaking.
Those that are rigid and set in their ways become carnage on the road side.
I failed out of Navy SEAL BUDS/ training my first time through. I did not let that failure define me. I learned from it and took away a big life lesson. You can fail as long as you fail /fall forward and get back up.
