It is hard to do every day but there are some days that you really crush it.

Remind yourself how grateful you are for your health.
Starting the day with a positive thought can make a big difference.
Eat a well-balanced meal with lots of fresh greens.
On days I am not able to eat extra greens I take Athletic Greens supplement to help me.
Today I am doing a simple workout of 50 pull ups for time.
If you can’t do pull ups then do 100 sit-ups or pushups or air squats.
Very easy and gets the blood flowing and energizes your mind.
