In nature – we can find many examples of how animals get stronger by overcoming stress.
The lobster is a great example.
Every year it must crawl under the rocks and push and struggle to pull off its old shell and begin to grow a new one.
This good stress makes the lobster become stronger.
What is your good stress that you actively seek out to make your stronger?
Recently for me it has been a really long mountain bike ride across Florida.
This definitely helped make me stronger and learn more about myself.
