Filthy Fifty – Workout
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 36 lbs (use sandbag if needed)
50 walking lunges (both legs)
50 Knees to elbows hanging from bar
50 Push press, 45 pounds barbell (use sandbag if needed)
50 Back extensions (or super mans)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (if no wall ball do 100 air squats)
50 Double unders (or jumping jacks if no jump rope)
or – do 2 rounds with 25 reps each
Advanced athletes can add weighted vest if needed
Finish with 3 mile cool down jog or light ruck
