Are you aware of the choices that you make daily? It takes 21 days to create and reinforce a habit – good or bad. When faced with stress do you turn to alcohol and over eating – or do you walk to the next Yoga class?

Recognize your daily habits – good and bad. Work to replace the bad habits with good and begin to change your life 1% daily.

See yourself in the future making the right choices and how much good impact that can have in your life.

SGPT Homework:
With a writing pen and paper – create two columns. In one column list out your good habits and bad habits. Which ones do you turn to when stressed. Put a check by them. Then take that bad habit and write next to it a good habit. This will be your new good habit to turn to when things don’t go your way or you are in need of relief.
