How Do Navy SEALs Stay Shredded?

I get this question all the time.

“Coach, how do Navy SEALs stay so lean and mean even when they are overseas and the food is shitty and no workout equipment?

Well, we do bodyweight workouts if there is no equipment.

With a buddy we would trade off on the pull up bar doing a pyramid up to 10 and back.

Then do walking lunges to the beach (500 yards away) and go run for 5 miles.

Or we find a pile of sand and rocks and put it in a garbage bag and wrap it up with duck tape.

Then we get out there on the grinder (asphalt parking lot) and do sand bag drills – lifting them up and running sprints and burpees.

It is not that hard to burn fat with no weights and real equipment.

So; what about the diet? Well that is where you just have to be aware of what is going into your body.

What foods to eat and what no to.

If you are trying to stay lean and mean you cant be stuffing your face with pizza and ice cream and expect to stay cut.

We break it all down in our latest workout guide: SGPT Tactical Shred

But here is where our manual is very different from others that you read

We actually go in and explore your “Why” you should be lean and fit.

We help you with “accountability” as our coaches are on call to answer your questions.

Yes; we really do provide support and answer every single email.
