Question: What is a good book about the inside of SEAL Team Six? Check out Rogue Warrior.
This book is written by the founder of SEAL Team Six (Richard Marcinko) and is as close as you will get to this elusive group.
This is the first in a series of books in the “Rogue Warrior” episodes and are a great read.

100 pull ups
swim 1 mile to the point with shoes in back pack and run back.
or you can try this old school navy seal push up workout we used to do in Puerto Rico.
pushup pyramid 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 with your buddy and he is doing same number of sit-ups while you do push ups.

Questions from athletes in our gym and our readers online.
Question: Is it true that DEVGRU guys always wear Oakley sunglasses?
Ha; I don’t know about Oakleys but do know that most all Team Guys are wearing sunglasses most of the time. There is a well known SEAL that was reported to have worn Oakley Frogskins for years and years.
Question: Do the SEAL team 6 lift weights? The guys at DEVGRU do a combination workout of bodyweight, kettle bell, weights and cardio (running and swimming).
Question: What do the Devgru guys eat? What is a typical devgru diet? They eat in moderation and not too radical either way. They just train really hard.
Question: What is the pistol qualification for Team Guys? As a SEAL you just go out to the range and shoot and have to qualify as an expert. It is not that hard to get your basic qualification. What is hard is running tactical courses and CQB work and still finding the target.
