First Aircraft Launched on USS Gerald R. Ford With Electromagnetic Catapult System

The USS Gerald R. Ford, the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier, was commissioned in July of 2017. Shortly after, the Navy , Gerald  launched and recovered its first fixed-wing aircraft, a F/A-18 Super Hornet, off the coast of Virginia, using the ship’s EMAL (Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch) system, which replaces traditional steam catapults.

This has been a very successful testing phase so far and the crew is very optimistic about what’s to come.

Question: I am working out hard at the gym with weights trying to gain some muscle (I am 170 lbs but gaining). I have been eating alot of lean meat along with milk and eggs to bulk up. I know that I need to get more greens into my diet. I dont like shopping for greens as they go bad in my refrigerator..

Do you know of a greens supplement that I can keep in my kitchen cabinet and add a scoop to water and go?

Answer: Yes; I personally use a green supplement and have been using it for my gym workouts and also long distance off road bike rides.

It is easy to mix and goes down well and does not break the bank for how good the quality it is.
