I trained all of the wrong ways my first time through BUDS. I learned a bunch of lessons and corrected my mistakes and passed the second time around.
I wrote this book for my son Dane as he wanted to know how he should train to get ready for BUDS training.
I went back to square one and completely changed up my workouts and mental attitude which in the end gave me success.
If I were training for a SO Contract and going to BUDS this is exactly how I would do it.
Answer: First I try to eat a balanced diet and add in a lot of fresh chicken and lean meats.
After a hard workout I use a big heaping scoop of Ascent Protein to help me recover quicker and build lean muscle.
