Maximum Human Performance Up Your Mass Review
I’m usually a little skeptical of products that wave the ‘paleo’ flag right out of the gate, but after trying several different types of protein isolates over the years (whey, grass-fed whey, soy, pea, hemp, etc) and tracking my bodily responses to each, I wanted to try something that wasn’t veggie or dairy-based, so this is where I ended up.

Not entirely sure about the process of how they isolate beef & egg white protein, and I’m not crazy about some of the non-protein ingredients (maltodextrin and various other ’emulsifiers’ for example), but it is surely a nice alternative, mixes comparably to other products I’ve tried, and tastes decent. I don’t see too many other beef/egg white protein mixes on the market these days, so I’m not sure if this is a resurgence of an older idea, or something fairly new that never hit its stride in the marketplace.

Conclusion:

In summary, MHP Maximum Human Performance Paleo Protein and Progenex Recovery are both reputable protein supplements, but they have different focuses and ingredients. MHP Paleo Protein offers a unique beef protein source and is straightforward in terms of additional ingredients.

Progenex Recovery, on the other hand, includes added BCAAs and L-glutamine for enhanced recovery support. Your choice between them should depend on your dietary preferences, dietary restrictions, budget, and specific fitness goals. Be sure to consider flavor preferences and any allergies or sensitivities when making your decision.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, your choice between MHP Maximum Human Performance Up Your Mass and Progenex Recovery should align with your specific fitness goals. If your primary aim is to gain weight and increase calorie intake, Up Your Mass is a suitable option. However, if you’re focused on post-workout recovery and muscle repair, Progenex Recovery is tailored to meet those needs more effectively. Consider your fitness goals, calorie requirements, and budget when making your decision.
