Start out with cardio getting his body warm. Warmup on the treadmill.
Bench press with dumbbells
Bent over rows to work the back
Bicep curls
Hammer curls
Shoulder raises (front)

Patrick then takes a break and works core.

Patrick L. Willis (born January 25, 1985) is a former American football middle linebacker who played his entire eight-year career with the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the 49ers in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football for Ole Miss and received consensus All-American honors.
