Vernon Davis has been called a freak of nature and had incredible off the charts stats in college football.

Try a 600 lb plus squat and a 4.38 forty yard dash. Those are crazy numbers. How did Vernon get that way? Hard work in the gym. Check out these workouts and videos from Vernon Davis and his workouts.

Vernon will start off with a good warmup and stretching and then some light kettle bell swings.
