  2. I currently following the work outs on seal fit and sealgrinder pt. I am trying to reduce my body fat. Will seal fit and sealgrinder pt help me do that and can i bulk up by doing this program. I work as a firefighter and I need the cardio as well as the strength. What do you suggest I do.
