Research has shown that the more you use a part of your brain — the larger it will grow.
Taxi drivers in London England have been tested and shown to have a large hippocampi.
This portion of your brain helps you decipher spatial mapping (figuring out which way to go based on where you are).
Just like when you workout and your muscles get pumped up with blood.
When you use your brain – more blood is delivered to that area.
The more you use your brain the more it grows.
“You are what you are and where you are because of what has gone into your mind. You can change what you are and where you are by changing what goes into your mind.” — Zig Ziglar

You would go crazy from dementia.
What do you think would happen if you subjected yourself daily to Atlanta traffic, commuting long distance, radio blaring bad news, drivers cursing at you, bad diet, negative people at work, a boring job going nowhere and no exercise for one year?
This would radically change your body and mind for the worse. What do you think would happen if you read a good book 5 minutes daily?
Went out of your way to be around winners.
Eliminated the negative people in your life.
Went on an information diet.
Worked out daily for 30 minutes.
Replaced most of your bad diet with good foods and nutrition. For one year you did this.
You would be radically changed for the better.
Take one step. Take one step daily. Yes; I am speaking directly to you. That is why you have read to this point in that you know you can do better and push yourself forward.
