While eating more lean protein I’ve found that I can train longer and harder. My recovery time has been cut in half which has been crucial in preparing for a fight. Example: 9:30 am Strength & Conditioning (1hr). 11:00 am fight training which is wrestling, jiu jitsu & boxing/kickboxing (1 ½ – 2 hrs). 3:00 pm weight training (1hr). Some days also have Cycling (1hr) or Yoga (1hr).
