Glute-ham sit-ups
GHD Back extensions
Knees to elbows (use bar)
Stiff-legged deadlifts with 95 pounds (use sand bag)
Run 200 meters between each round of 30-25-20-15-10-5

Advanced athletes can drag sled on 200 meter run or increase run to 400 meters

if no GHD do regular sit-ups and super mans instead of back extensions. Supermans = lay on stomach and raise hands and feet straight out at same time.

Third Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry member Corporal Stephen Bouzane, 26, was killed by an IED strike June 20th, 2007 in the Pan- jwaii district in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Fred and Moureen Bouzane and his sister Kelly.
