After two months on Progenex I PR’d on my power clean by 20lbs. I’ve noticed improvement in my speed, strength, and endurance in practice and, most importantly, during games. When taking Progenex I can give 100% on the football field even after a CrossFit workout!

On a typical training week I have Football practice three times a week and CrossFit workouts four times a week.

Mon/Tue: CrossFit WOD
Wed/Thur: Football practice
Fr/Sat: CrossFit WOD
Sun: Football
