We are now fully operational with our next SGPT Program Mission: Clean Burn. This is your call to take it to the next level: clean eating, bodyweight burners, and the discipline to fuel your best self.
Whether you’re new to the mission or already grinding, this program is about stripping off anything that doesn’t serve you—fueling up with clean nutrition and burning out any weakness.
What to Expect
You’ll be tackling high-intensity, bodyweight-based workouts and getting down to a simple, powerful nutrition plan. Think hard muscle, lean physique, and mental clarity—all primed to enhance your strength, endurance, and recovery.
Mission Control: Answering Your Questions
“Will this program work for me?”
Yes. If you show up and give it 100%, Mission: Clean Burn will work for anyone at any level. The bodyweight workouts are designed to be challenging but scalable, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete.
“What if I’m used to heavier lifting?”
This program will test your endurance and core strength in ways weightlifting doesn’t. The control and stamina built through bodyweight training are some of the same skills used by elite forces to keep functional strength at its highest.
“What about my energy?”
We’re dialing into clean carbs, high-quality protein, and healthy fats that’ll sustain you for the long haul without crashes. That means steady, stable energy.
Sample Workout: Full-Throttle 20-Minute Grinder
5 Rounds:
20 Push-Ups
20 Air Squats
20 Sit-Ups
1-Minute Plank Hold
Rest: 1 minute after each round
This burner hits the core, upper body, and legs. No fluff. Just results.
Sample Nutrition Meal: High-Octane Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients: 3 eggs (scrambled), 1/2 avocado (sliced), 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup diced bell peppers, salt & pepper
Instructions: Scramble eggs, sauté spinach and peppers, then plate with avocado.
Why: This meal powers you with protein and healthy fats, setting your energy levels right for the day’s mission.
