Inzer knee sleeves vs Rehband

rehband knee sleevesCheck out the reviews, videos and comparisons for the Inzer knee sleeves vs Rehband and you be the judge which one you want for your legs.

You see them worn at The Games, during competitions and in the box. Rehband Knee Sleeves are on every Oly lifter’s list of gym gear.

Traditionally, they have been worn to provide support and warmth to the knees during heavy lifting training sessions.

Now athletes find they are just as important to wear during pistols, overhead lunges and most every other WOD your trainer can come up with.

The Rehband knee sleeves are awesome. And, while they do suggest the next size down for compression, my measurements indicated XL, but the M fits perfectly even though I have pretty big quads, too.

My buddy in the gym thought it was more of a brace but it is a support sleeve. You can wear the Rehband knee sleeves for the whole workout and keeps the knee and supporting muscles warmed.

I like them for squatting as they always add a few extra pounds to my squat.

These are a great tool to warm up your knees.

I love the Rehband Knee Sleeves as they are comfortable and dont rub on my skin excessively.

Put these babies on, do a wod or strength, take them off and you’ll feel the heat come off your legs.

Never lift without these again.

I have the original blue Rehband Knee Sleeves, as well as the gray knee sleeves.

The primary difference is the blue are 2mm thicker than the gray. I am pleased with both, however, I use the gray sleeves with general lifting, i.e., squats, lunges, etc., etc., and the blues with weightlifting.

I have been using these also during my warmup doing lunges and air squats.

Inzer knee sleeve review by Juan:
These are really like having 2 sets of knee wraps on your legs – except that you can cinch them down or loosen them up when needed.

This is good because when you wear knee wraps you really have to pull them off after a heavy lift.

Your not going to walk around the gym any with knee wraps on. With these i just un-cinch them and loosens it right up. A good concept.

Both are very good sleeves. There are many athletes that like the TK Knee Supports.

Try both of them on and see how you like them.

Question: What about 7mm vs 5 mm sleeves? It all depends on how much support that you want. Some athletes like the thinner as it gives them more movement. Others like the thicker as it gives them more stability.
