Tip #1: Listen to your language. Make notes on your negative self talk. Replace it with positive self talk.
Tip #2. Live life according to your values. Write down what is truly important to you.
Tip #3: Focus. What you focus on determines the direction your heading. Write down your dreams. Focus on your dreams and move towards them.
Tip #4: Find the place where you are celebrated – not just tolerated. That is the place where you will truly flower and begin to live up to your potential.
