Question: Coach Brad; I want to become a Navy SEAL – do you have any training workouts to get ready for BUDS?
Answer: Check out the Freak Frogman workout ebook that I wrote for my son to help him develop his mind and body.
Do the daily workouts and post your results in comments for accountability.
Email me once a week and let me know your status and any questions.
I personally look forward to helping you reach your goal.
Question: Hello; I have a quick question. My main goal is to either be a Navy SEAL or SWCC operator. My ASVAB scored were a bit lower from qualification scores but the recruiter told me I could either retake the test again. The other option he recommended was to pick a different job get some experience and then prep for a retake of the ASVAB down the road and then apply for SEALs. What do you recommend?? Ivan
Answer: Good question Ivan, are you talking to a SEAL recruiter now? I am just a fitness trainer so you would need to talk directly with a recruiter.
f I wear contacts and wanted to go into the SEAL’s would it be possible? What about having screws in my shoulder from a previous injury?
Appreciate all you do!!
Thanks, Grant L.
Answer: Are you talking to a SEAL motivator? He will be able to answer all of your medical questions and give you the best advice on how to proceed.
