Get a piece of poster board – gather together photos that mean something to you. Health, fitness, family, friends, goals, wealth. Post them up on your board. Photos and quotes. Add dates to reach your goals. Put your new “dream board” up on your wall. You will achieve all of those goals before the dates that you wrote on your wall.

Now call a friend to hold you accountable and share your “dream board” with them.
