Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 Review by D-Rod: I don’t just wear these shoes to the gym. I wear the Reebok CrossFit Nano 3.0 everywhere.
They’re super comfy, light, and they provide a stable stance for weightlifting. They’re alright for running, but lack arch support for long distance.
Be careful if you’re walking in these and it’s raining or snowing. Tread isn’t made for fast speeds on wet surfaces.
Proloc Collars review by GymRat: Design wise, each collar is made of hard plastic that has been put to the test at my gym – I run a strength and conditioning facility where equipment is definitely not coddled. The Proloc Barbell Collars come on and off the collars of any bar very easily thereby increasing time efficiency while working with clients. You’ll have no problems with the collars slipping off or sitting loose on whatever you choose to put them on. This is great for peace of mind especially during dynamic exercises, or when loading the bar with substantial weight.
W.O.D. Welder Hand Care Review by dookiex Quality 5 out of 5 stars The W.O.D. Welder Handcare Kit offers a simple 3-step solution to repair ripped hands. Received the product last night. Used it last night as well as this morning. My hands are literally 300 x’s better. This is probably the most amazing hand care product I’ve ever used and this includes whatever one can pick up at places like Bath and Body Works or the Body Shop. Truly amazing, non-greasy, improves my grip, and stands up to sweaty hands superbly.
Reebok Jaquard Hoodie This ergonomically fitted ultra-lightweight performance Reebok Jaguard hoodie features stretch jacquard knit fabric, zip pocket at lower side seam, and thumbhole details for customized fit. Adjustable bungee at hem. Reflective graphic at sleeve.

Athletic Recon Black Sweat Shorts Review by Skip
Quality 5 out of 5 stars
Nice shorts but not 90% polyester 10% cotton as stated which sort of sucks, they are 80% cotton 20% polyester as listed on inside tag. They also run small, don’t be afraid to order a size up. On the other hand shipping was free and fast!
Crossover Symmetry H.I.I.T System Review by Rob Eckert: I have seen people who brush off this system, on message boards. Say they can replicate it with some less expensive bands, to each his own.
You will do “some” workout but you will not replicate the Crossover Symmetry H.I.I.T System
. Well worth the money in my opinion! Video – Crossover Symmetry H.I.I.T System

G-Shock Classic GA110TS-8A3 review by Abyss: The color combination may seem simple; gray and neon green but it looks clean and unassuming. At first, I was hoping it would be more on a dirty white side but when I received the Casio GA-110TS-8A3CR G-Shock Watch, the light gray actually looked better with the neon green. The quality is the same as all GShocks I have, sturdy. Lighting is adequate and the neon hands stands out for easy time reading during daytime. No frills but happy to have this on my collection.
HumanX Wrist Wrap Gloves review by Jimmy: The new HumanX Men’s X3 Competition 3/4 Finger Wrist Wrap Gloves, Large, Hunter Green/Gray/Black
are sweet for CrossFit workouts. They are so nice that I use them for competition but occasionally for the gym. Dont let them out of your eye sight as they will sprout legs and jump in someone elses gym bag. Really high quality gloves for serious athletes.

Made from a form-fitting synthetic suede with a grip-optimized silicone palm, G-Loves are strong enough for high-rep bar work and practical enough for recreational wear (biking, rock climbing, etc). Vented finger linings help keep out moisture, while a reinforced thumb panel and seamless, durable palm construction prevent blisters and abrasions.
Schiek 2004 Lifting Belt review by Jason:
I had only used heavy leather belts before for weightlifting, and had never really trusted a nylon or velcro belt to work properly. However, I needed something that would not dig into my ribs when trying to clean & jerk or snatch, so I decided to give the Schiek 2004 Weightlifting Belt a try. I am definitely glad I did, as the contoured shape fits perfectly and doesn’t hit my ribs at all.
Rogue Collapsible Koozie The Rogue Collapsible Koozie will hold any and all 12-ounce cans, and feature the classic Rogue logo in white print.
Schiek weightlifting wrist supports review by AJ:
Good wrist support, grabs and locks well to bars. The dowels are a great idea and aid in securing the straps to your palms. The length is perfect. The only problem, which is probably more my issue than this excellent product’s, is if you have any type of arthritis or injury in your hands and/or fingers the straps are too narrow to protect you from some discomfort or pain. The Versa Gripps use a wider strap and, I feel, are a bit more protective. If this company would make a strap just an inch or two wider, it would be perfect for arthritis/ injury sufferers. Very sturdy, should last for years. I give it 4 1/2 stars.
