Review

I use this product every day. My son is 13 and 6’1 190 Lbs. and I am 6’3 265 Lbs. We both fit on this piece of equipment very easy, holds up to our size and body weight nicely. It was a bit difficult to put together, but it did make a good father and son project (good for a few laughs). I would recommend the New Fitness Hyperextension Chair for any level of athlete. A very sturdy, sound and safe piece of equipment.

My son put this together for me so it was easy for me. He said the instructions could have been a little better. I purchased the because it can be adjusted in two places. I have the Marcy Roman chair and wanted to add to my home gym. I really like the Newfitness hyper it is just what I was looking for. I have lower back problems and I know from the gym this works.

Conclusion:

The New Fitness Hyperextension is a reliable and efficient fitness tool that delivers a robust workout for your core and lower back. Its sturdy construction, adjustability, and plush padding make it a valuable addition to any home gym. While assembly might pose a minor inconvenience, the machine’s overall performance and versatility make it a worthwhile investment for those committed to strengthening their core muscles and enhancing their overall fitness.
