50 miler complete!! I had a goal this year to run a 50 Mile Ultra Marathon this year. The course was just over 50 miles and nearly 11,000 ft of elevation gain. 😬 Couple of thoughts:

1. If you want to find out which of your friends are insane. Tell them you are doing a 50 miler and see who asks if the come. @coachtimmyhewlett @justinyoderutah Jeff Andersen @b.green13
2. Every time I complete something I’ve never done before it makes me ask “well if I can do that, what else is possible?” Keep pushing your limits!
3. These types of events make a huge deposit into the mental toughness bank account, making me more resilient to the craziness of life and business.
4. My favorite part was running the last 14 miles in the dark with my favorite adventure partner, my wife, who came and pushed me to the finish line. She makes me better is all ways.
