Are You Ready to Step to the Next Level?

Team SGPT:

We are on day 22 of 60 SGPT Adapt or Die. We are only 45 days from standing at the base of the Manitou Incline (Colorado) with a well trained crew that are focused on the main goal.

The goal on that day is the top of the Manitou Incline within 60 minutes. It is not a race but rather a team event where everyone works together with no man left behind.

This is a real world test as you need to reach the finish before the cut off time.

In BUD/S you are tested daily and you must make the cut off time in a run, swim, or obstacle course. When you know you will be tested you perform at a much higher level.

Using that method of “Testing Yourself” will give you 1% boost every time.

We will have trained together for a full 60 days and this is the first test of Colorado Peak Week.

In the following 6 days we will climb 3 peaks together as a team – just as we did last year.

The point is that by working together as a team we are capable of much more than we thought possibly.

It is also a defined event that we had to plan for and write down an itinerary.

That itinerary became our written goal.

That goal (and real world test) became a reality.

It became a real world experience that we will never forget.

I urge you to find a big gnarly goal. Write it down. Put it on your mirror. Put it in your wallet or dashboard of your car.

This works the same if you want to lose 20 lbs, get a new job or pay off a credit card. It is universal.

What gets measured gets improves.

No tracking = no progress. Pretty simple.

When you stay focused you will reach your goal twice as fast.

When you have a team that works together it happens even faster.

Most Americans (70%) spend hours planning out their next big vacation.

A shocking 3% of all people have NEVER written out their goals.

That is an absolutely crazy statistic and one that we can prevent right now – today.

Instead of scrolling through Instagram or death scrolling the news – write down your notes.

It doesnt have to be pretty and picture perfect.
