Review

I had barely any break-in time with this boot. I think it is amazingly breathable and athletic feeling. These boots are built tough. I’d highly recommend the Danner Tanicus boot for anyone looking for a hot weather boot.

Also, a lot of Danner boots tend to run big compared to your average sneaker. I would order a size or half size smaller than normal if you’re looking for a good fit. Danner makes GREAT boots and these are no exception. Order the Tanicus boots a half size larger and you will be good to go.

Top to bottom these boots fit good right out of the box and wear great out in the field. A really good value as I only paid $125 for the Danner Tanicus 8″ boot. As soon as I get near to wearing these out I am buying another pair. Danners are good to go in my book.

These boots do well as I train with the US Army National Guard and they are comfortable to work in.
